Over 8 weeks, Charity will guide you through beautiful yoga flows, handstand conditioning, deep core training, and even weapons work — all wrapped in celestial, moon-guided rhythm. Whether you show up gently or go all-in, this program meets you where you are and takes you further than you expected.
A progressive 8-week journey through yoga flows, strength conditioning, mobility work, and movement rituals. Each week builds on the last, grounding you deeper while unlocking new capability. This is the foundation that makes everything else possible.
This is a challenge, not a course. We begin together on January 12, hundreds of women moving through the same lunar rhythm at the same time. You'll have accountability, shared motivation, and a community cheering you on. Sessions are on-demand so you set the pace, but you're never moving alone.
Each week includes five sessions (20–30 minutes each): yoga flows, deep core work, mobility practices, handstand conditioning, and even weapons training. Short enough to fit real life. Challenging enough to change it.
Every session offers multiple levels, not because this program is "easy," but because smart training meets you where you are. Whether you're rebuilding after a break or ready to push toward handstands and advanced flow, you choose your edge. The program holds space for both.
Miss a day? Come back when you can. This program rewards showing up — not burning out. But make no mistake: if you want to be challenged, you will be. The goal is a sustainable practice you return to because it feels good and makes you stronger.

Why I made this Challenge
Movement has always been part of my life — not because I had to, but because I wanted to. From Ninja Warrior to dance and strength training, movement has always felt like play, expression, and freedom.
As life got busier — work, family, shifting seasons — I kept hearing something familiar: this is where people slow down. But I never believed that meant we needed to stop moving with joy or purpose.
What kept me going was not pressure or perfection. It was curiosity, play, and the little wins that come from showing up again and again — even on the hard days.
I made this challenge for women who want movement that feels energizing, not exhausting. Who want strength that supports real life, not competes with it. Who want workouts that feel joyful, expressive, and empowering, not rigid or punishing.
I also made it for women who want real strength, the kind that unlocks handstands, supports dance, and prepares you for whatever adventure comes next. This isn't a gentle-only program pretending to be fitness. It's serious training wrapped in intention, rhythm, and play.

Everything you need to know about the challenge
Lunar Rise is designed to meet you where you are and take you further. Each session offers multiple levels, so you choose your intensity. Some days that's gentle restoration. Other days it's handstand conditioning that has you shaking. The focus is sustainable progress, not punishment, but if you want to be challenged, this program absolutely delivers.
If you have an injury or medical condition, we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting. That said, Lunar Rise offers thoughtful modifications and options so you can move safely and intentionally. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and choose the version that feels right for you.
That’s completely okay. All sessions are on-demand, so you can move at your own pace. Life happens you can pause, return, or repeat sessions whenever you need. This journey is about consistency over perfection, not keeping up.
Most sessions are 20–30 minutes, designed to fit into real life. You’ll have five sessions per week, but you can adjust based on your schedule. Even a little movement, done consistently, adds up.
Very little. A mat is helpful, and light weights or resistance bands are optional. Some sessions include creative props (like a broomstick or light staff), but everything can be modified with what you already have at home.
Yes. While Lunar Rise has a gentle, moon-guided aesthetic, the training is serious. You'll work through deep core conditioning, handstand progressions, weapons training, and strength flows designed to build real foundational power.
